While our industry is still suffering from global shortages, we are dedicated to serving our customers and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Due to a global increase in packages volumes, delivery may take longer than usual. Processing an order takes 1 - 2 days and up to 6 business days for delivery. 

When selecting the shipping address, be mindful of choosing your residence to ensure the proper delivery of your package. You will be responsible for re-delivery charges that apply. We appreciate your patience at this time. 

Once you have the tracking number, please allow time for it to enter the carrier’s system and update. Orders over $49.99 qualify for free shipping (Retail orders only). Business partners and salon/barbershop owners get free shipping on orders over $999.99 when ordering from our site. For larger orders made directly with our sales team, shipping and pricing conditions may differ.

Standard shipping time for international orders is 6-10 business days, from the moment the item has been shipped. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
